In most models, from the year 2001 to 2006, the headlight housing carries the low-beam bulb, and an additional component called the combination light housing contains the high-beam bulb; however, for all these years, both bulbs are the same, and hence, both housings can be removed equally, once the headlight housing has been taken out. Start with the removal of the headlight housing and then, the cover at the rear of the unit is to be unscrewed anti-clockwise. Subsequently, it is necessary to remove the wiring and pull off the electrical connector. Pull out the retaining spring and take out the old bulb by unscrewing the spring clip touching the wire. When installing a new bulb, grasp only the base, insert it into the headlight assembly ensuring the tabs align with the slots, and secure it with the retaining ring by rotating it clockwise. Finally, reconnect the electrical connector.
