Hard to obtain parts

My engine is assembled with 1 of 3 sizes of piston. A, B, or C. The smallest and largest only differ by one thousandth of an inch. Many suppliers can supply A or B pistons. None of them could supply C pistons which is what I needed. Kia Parts Now Had C pistons in stock. Thank you!

Other than not being able to return/exchange a door weather strip for the correct one because it was considered a special order item, this site is very good. Other parts I ordered fit perfectly. Ordered a blend door actuator from Kia Parts Now online. My item was delivered at my address in less than a week. I was very impressed by the delivery. The part was exactly what I needed. However, I have 1 complaint; my item was loosely packed. There should have been more packing inside the box. My ordered part was bouncing inside the box, it could have gotten damaged while in transit. Only suggestion is to pack the ordered items properly and neatly.

Wheel well liners

I was looking for new wheel well liners for my 2012 Kia Optima. I had first ordered some I found online at Carparts.com that said they were exact match for my car. Well thet were not, they were made of very thin and fragile plastic and in no way were they goint fit. I asked for a return authorization which was easy but within 24 hours they had refunded my money and was told to keep the item. I then looked for an online Kia parts vendor I had used in the past for other item that were genuine Kia parts and they had what I was looking for but they wanted an outrageous amount for shipping, $331.10 to ship 2 wheel well liners. Needless to say but I did not place my order with that site. $331.10 to ship a $135.90 order. So I kept searching and I found Kiapartsnow.com. They had the Wheel well liners I needed, the price may have been a few dollars more for the item but the cost of shipping offset any differnce there. I believe shipping here was about $50 or so, a complete no brainer for me, I placed my order but then I recieved an email from kiapartsnow.com informing me that one of the parts was on back order from Kia and that my order would not ship until about May 25th. They had not yet charged my card yet for the order until I approved waiting for the parts. I approved the order but was disappointed because I had a new front bumper cover to install but could install it with out the wheel well liners. A couple days had passed when I checked my email and saw that the order was shipped and a couple days later My new liners showed up and I was able to install my new bumper cover. Kia Sorento Quarter Window

I’m so happy I purchased my window from this site. It was a little delayed but communication and updates were prompt. My order was packed well and a perfect fit. My husband and I installed this window ourselves. It was $800through insurance and $936 without insurance from a window company to purchase this window! There wasn’t any windows available at the 6 wrecking yards we called. $200 for a new product and good customer service was worth it. It took us 1 1/2 hours to install it. Ytube helped with that. I will be purchasing other parts from here in the future.

Manufacture issue and KPN fixed the issue

I purchased a heater box cover and when it arrived I noticed right off that it was not what I ordered. Labels on package where correct but, the item was not ( no fault of KPN since they did not package the item, only boxed it for shipping. I contacted them and sent me in the right direction so I could send it back. Once I received the return label and shipping the item back I received a new message within minutes that my new item had been reordered and within a week I had the correct part. Great customer service and will be ordering from them again.

Part fit and worked perfectly

Ordered a seat belt buckle for my daughter's car. Fit and worked perfectly for half the price of what the dealer wanted. Only minor complaint, I ordered and received front driver's side buckle, but the instructions they sent with it said works with center rear only. Caused mean bit of concern there for a moment and made me have to double check that I ordered and received the correct part, which I did. Not sure why they sent wrong instructions

Hard to Find Parts

Being our v8 borrego was only made a couple years it’s really hard to find the parts when the factory parts break. Usually find what we need here.

Using VIN To Order May Not Give Exact Part Match

I ordered a Lamp Assembly / Overhead Console for my 2015 KIA Sorento using the VIN option to identify the correct parts. The original in my vehicle was black but the replacement was gray. I made the decision to go ahead an install the replacement part rather than having to go thru the return / replacement cycle. KIA Parts Now is a great company and I've ordered from them before. The company is prompt and gets your needed parts to you in great condition. In my case, there were several different Lamp Assembly / Overhead Consoles (Part No. 928001U800H9) to choose from, and they all had the same description with no color indicated. Perhaps the color should also be made part of the part description or you should contact them to verify the color before ordering / shipping. This won't deter me from ordering from KIA Parts Now in the future. If there are several versions of the same part, I'll contact them before I order to verify I have the correct color.

I know, stupid review title. Kia K5 GT, so far, so good. Why a top of the line GT model does not come standard with a Homelink rear view mirror is a strange interior set up. This vehicle (2024 K5) does not have UVO, so this aftermarket Homelink rear view mirror should fit, no problems.
