How do you remove and reinstall a steering wheel on Kia Sorento?

To remove the steering wheel, first, take the steering wheel and align it in a straight position and then take out the negative terminal of the battery. Next, remove air bag bolts on the one side of steering wheel and then gently pry off air bag module on that side. Unplug the wiring and guarantee the lock on the wire connectors is opened and then put the airbag in a proper position with the pad side up. He also noted the requisite match marks on the steering-shaft and the hub, for proper reassembly; he then expelled the nut in question. Try to crank it off with your hands; if that does not work, slip the steering wheel puller under the wheel and over the splines, and do not hit the wheel or column with a hammer. Put the marks of the steering wheel hub and shaft together, then fit the wheel on the shaft and bolt it and finally tighten it. Connect the electrical connectors for the airbag module and turn the locks and reconnect similar for the airbag module, tighten bolts for the airbag module. Last but not the least, join the negative battery cable again.
