Insert the new boot into the required position on the rack and pinion and make it stay in the groove of the steering rod and having installed new clamps. After the removal of the tape, fit the tie rod end on the appropriate place. Lastly replace the wheel and tighten the lug nuts and lower the vehicle, to the required torque tightness, and set an alignment check from the dealer service department or an alignment store.
