Firstly, it can be removed by first getting rid of air intake duct .Further to that unplug power supply from VSS then pull out VSS mounting bolt and finally detach it. After removing, throw away old O-ring of VSS. While installing just follow reverse process to removed one. The final step will be to ensure that you use another O-ring and tighten up the VSS mounting bolt firmly.
